Meet Jen

I am a professional, a mom, a big believer in self-expression through creativity. I love dogs, reading good stories, knitting, other fiber arts, fountain pens, journaling, hiking, photography. I love to explore new cities, discover new cafes. I love learning about business models and practices when they relate to my values and strengths.

Dreaming of Travel has been my dream for years. I am a big dreamer…. I want to travel the world with my family. I dream of creating a sustainable business that resonates with my personal values. I dream of having freedom of movement so that I can work from any location. My challenge (and yours too) is to turn the dreams into reality.

My experiences can help you

I have had some success in the travel sphere. For example, in 2012 I took a sabbatical semester abroad in Helsinki, Finland. Living in a new place and culture was an amazing experience for us as a family. We bonded as we explored the cafes, the grocery stores with new foods, and took long walks through our new city with a highly developed sense of design. In the end, it was a more difficult transition for my American family to adjust back to our “normal” life in Juneau than it was for us to get to know and explore a new country.

We loved living the expat life and we see many new adventures in our future. Join us on the journey!
